These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ev77 online gaming platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and payment services made available through ev77. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ev77 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

ev77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any modification, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact ev77 support to close your account.

Eligibility and Registration

To register and use ev77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a natural person acting in your own capacity and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close associate of ev77.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from ev77.
• You are not using the platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.

ev77 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation. ev77 takes the 21+ age restriction seriously and may employ third-party age verification services to confirm eligibility.

Section 2

Account Registration, Security, and KYC

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts for any reason — including to claim multiple welcome bonuses — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended and any accumulated balance being forfeited. To register, you must provide a valid mobile number that is not already registered to an ev77 account.

Section 3

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All transactions on ev77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit other than those imposed by your chosen payment method.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your account balance immediately upon successful transaction confirmation.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by ev77 support.
• ev77 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by your mobile banking provider are outside ev77's control.
• ev77 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large withdrawal requests in accordance with our anti-money-laundering obligations.

ev77 may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending verification if the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases ev77 will notify the Player and provide an opportunity to respond before any permanent action is taken.

Section 4

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

ev77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who have completed registration and any applicable KYC requirements.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per player, per household, and per device.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion. Standard wagering requirements on ev77 are 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement rollover has been completed in full.
• ev77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to cancel bonus eligibility if abuse is suspected. Systematic exploitation of bonuses across multiple accounts constitutes fraud.

Free spins awarded as part of a promotion expire after seven calendar days unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Unused free spins cannot be converted to cash or transferred to another player. ev77 publishes full bonus terms alongside every individual promotion at the time of launch.

Section 5

Gameplay Rules and Bet Settlement

All bets placed on ev77 are subject to the following general gameplay rules. Game-specific rules are published within each game's interface and form part of these Terms by reference:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the ev77 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, ev77 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players involved.
• ev77 is not responsible for internet connectivity failures on the player's end that result in a disconnection during a game session. Bets already confirmed prior to disconnection remain valid and will be settled according to the game result.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmed game settlement. Winnings derived from real-money bets are withdrawable subject to any applicable KYC and wagering requirements.

ev77 records all game sessions and bet histories. In any dispute regarding a bet outcome, the ev77 system records constitute the definitive reference. The burden of proof for any disputed transaction lies with the player to provide contemporaneous evidence of a system error.

Section 6

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ev77 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one account for the purpose of circumventing platform limits or claiming duplicate bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or any artificial mechanism to play games or exploit bonuses.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino and poker formats.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund your account or process withdrawals.
• Engaging in money laundering or using ev77 to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing another person to operate your ev77 account.

ev77 employs ongoing fraud detection and account monitoring systems. Where prohibited conduct is identified, ev77 reserves the right to withhold the entirety of a player's account balance pending investigation, and to pursue civil or criminal remedies where applicable under applicable law.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

All content available on the ev77 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trade names, and the ev77 brand identity — is the exclusive property of ev77 or its licensed content partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the ev77 platform or its content without prior written authorisation from ev77.

Any unauthorised use of ev77's intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may expose you to civil and criminal liability. ev77 actively monitors for misuse of its brand assets and will take enforcement action where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ev77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service. ev77's total aggregate liability to any player for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ev77 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be error-free, or that defects will be corrected within any specific timeframe. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary service unavailability. ev77 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

Section 9

Responsible Gaming

ev77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its platform. The following tools are available to all registered players at no charge and can be activated directly from your account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion may be requested for any period from 24 hours to permanent closure. During an active self-exclusion period, ev77 will use reasonable technical measures to prevent the excluded player from accessing the platform.

ev77 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances. If you believe gambling is negatively impacting your personal finances, relationships, or mental health, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tools available in your account, or to contact our support team directly. ev77 will treat all responsible gaming requests with the highest level of confidentiality and without delay.

Section 10

Amendments, Termination, and Governing Law

ev77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any part of the platform, any game, any promotion, or these Terms at any time and without prior notice where required for operational, legal, or security reasons. Where amendments to these Terms are made, ev77 will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of ev77 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any unresolved dispute that cannot be settled through ev77's internal complaints process may be referred to a mutually agreed form of alternative dispute resolution. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable consumer protection legislation.
